How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically, it takes 2-4 business days to receive your order and 1-3 days to process your order. We’re doing our best to deliver it promptly for you. For more information, please refer to our Delivery information here.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. The shipping fee may vary depending on your location. Custom and Duty fees are calculated at checkout to ensure there are no issues with receiving your order.

 

I never got my order, what to do?

Please make sure you track your order via USPS. If problems persist, please message us via email: info@veeseusa.com. We will try our bests to recover the package, if we cannot recover the package, a new item will be shipped out to you only if package was lost in transit so we strongly encourage you to fill out all addresses accurately including any apartment number, PO Box number etc.

 

What is your return policy?

No Refunds Unless Garments Are Defective: We prioritize delivering high-quality products but understand that defects may occur. Returns are accepted only for defective items.

14-Day Return Period: You can request a return for defective items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Requirements: To qualify for a return, items must remain in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is also required.
