Pre-made Process:
Premade orders will undergo meticulous processing within 1–3 business days from the moment of order confirmation. Processing includes order verification, item selection, quality checks, and packaging. Processing time begins immediately upon receipt of the order, excluding weekends and holidays.
Pre-Made Shipping:
Shipping duration varies based on the customer's proximity to our fulfillment center located in Georgia, USA. Domestic shipments typically arrive within 2–4 business days after the completion of processing.
Pre-Made Cancellations and Returns:
Returns are accepted exclusively for defective items, which must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order. Defective items must be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Pre-Made Product Availability and Changes:
Product availability is subject to change without prior notification. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, adjust pricing, or update product descriptions at any time. Customers will be informed promptly of any changes affecting their orders.
Pre-Order Process:
This drop is a pre-order, which means that the items you purchase are not currently in stock and will be produced specifically for your order. The estimated processing time for pre-orders is between 5–15 days. Please note that this is an estimate and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to fulfill your order within the specified timeframe.
Pre-Order Shipping:
Once your pre-order is ready for shipment, it will be dispatched within 2–3 business days. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processes. Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information during checkout. We will not be held responsible for any errors or additional fees incurred due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Pre-Order Cancellations and Returns:
Pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed, as we begin production immediately to fulfill the order. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
Pre-Order Product Availability and Changes:
The availability of specific products for pre-order may be limited and subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to make modifications to product specifications, designs, or pricing at any time without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability:
We will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from the use or inability to use the pre-ordered items, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Shipping Rates:
Orders to the 48 contiguous U.S. states will be shipped UPS or USPS ground at a flat rate of $8. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are $14.
Orders to Canada and Rest of World will be charged a flat shipping rate of $25.
*Please be aware of customs, duty fees, and taxes the customer will be liable to pay in any destination outside of the US. We are not responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia.

Return Policy - No Refund Unless Garments are Defective
Our commitment is to provide you with quality products. However, we understand that defects can occur. Therefore, we offer returns exclusively for defective garments.*
14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if defective.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return
Contact us at veese.nlb@gmail.com to start a return. Returns must be sent to the address provided upon request. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Defective Items
Inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and offer options to make it right.
Refunds for Defective Items
Upon receiving and inspecting the defective return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you have the choice between exchanging for a non-defective garment or receiving a full refund. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, solely for defective items. The item must be in the same condition as received, with tags, and in its original packaging.
