Shipping policy

Pre-Order Process:

  • This drop is a pre-order, which means that the items you purchase are not currently in stock and will be produced specifically for your order.
  • The estimated processing time for pre-orders is between 5-15 days. Please note that this is an estimate and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to fulfill your order within the specified timeframe.

Shipping:

  • Once your pre-order is ready for shipment, it will be dispatched within 2-3 business days.
  • Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processes.
  • Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information during checkout. We will not be held responsible for any errors or additional fees incurred due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Cancellations and Returns:

  • Pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed, as we begin production immediately to fulfill the order.
  • In the event that we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.

Product Availability and Changes:

  • The availability of specific products for pre-order may be limited and subject to change without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to make modifications to product specifications, designs, or pricing at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability:

We will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from the use or inability to use the pre-ordered items, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Shipping Rates:

Orders to the 48 contiguous U.S. states will be shipped UPS or USPS ground a flat rate of $7. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are $14.

Orders to Canada and Rest of World will be charged a flat shipping rate of $25.

*Please be aware of customs, duty fees, and taxes the customer will be liable to pay in any destination outside of the US. We are not responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia.
